Bored of what you’re cooking during coronavirus lockdown? You can add some oomph to your dinners by whipping up a zingy dressing.
Danielle Alvarez, an Australian chef who runs the kitchens at Fred’s restaurant in Sydney, shared an “irresistible” recipe on Instagram.
She wrote: “Salad dressing! But not just any salad dressing – this is my irresistible Italian dressing that can keep for up to a week (or maybe more?) in the fridge… “This dressing is my favourite for home and you can also use it as a marinade for grilled meats or drizzled on cooked fish. “Hope you enjoy it.” The salad dressing is a lot easier to make than it looks.
