Coronation Street could be forced off air for the first time in its 60-year history because of the coronavirus pandemic. According to reports, ITV bosses are running out of pre-recorded episodes to air and concerns are mounting that the much-loved soap could stop airing all together.

Star of the show Andy Whyment, who plays Kirk Sutherland, revealed that they are no longer filming.
