Coronation Street has got its own set of stamps to celebrate its 60th anniversary. The world's longest-running soap is marking its landmark anniversary with its own set of Royal Mail stamps.
The stamps feature iconic characters from the famous cobbles and some of their catchphrases. The selection takes us back in time to include a black and white image of sharp-tongued neighbours Ena Sharples and Elsie Tanner and some of the street's most famous couples Stan and Hilda Ogden, Jack Duckworth and his 'little swamp duck' Vera, Roy and Hayley Cropper and Ken and Deirdre Barlow. "Ken do something!" begs the late Deirdre on their stamp.
