Experts analysing Covid-19 have come up with reasons as to why the deadly virus is killing healthy young people and why it is affecting some more than others.
Initially, coronavirus was wrongly described as a disease which only killed older people or those with underlying health problems.
While it is true individuals who fall in to those groups are more likely to catch it, many healthy young people with no known underlying illnesses have lost their lives to Covid-19.
In the UK alone, these include a 13-year-old boy, a 19-year-old chef and a 21-year-old. Medical researchers now believe they have come up with an answer for these tragic deaths and it comes down to your genes, an overactive immune system and taking fewer precautions.
