The UK’s Health Secretary, Matt Hancock, has warned the future of coronavirus in Britain is "unknowable" as it depends on the "behaviour" of the Great British public.

Leading Easter Sunday’s Downing Street press conference, Mr Hancock said it is “good news” that the UK has managed to start “flattening” the curve as it means individuals are adhering to social distancing rules.

But he stressed the truth is the future of the UK is "unknowable" because "it depends on the behaviour of millions of people." Mr Hancock said "especially in moments like this" the Government is grateful to be in a position where it is able "to support everybody who needs it in the NHS."
