Coronavirus: Housing market suspended by Government affecting thousands of purchases

The Government has put all house purchases on hold for the foreseeable future as coronavirus uncertainty continues to hit thousands of workers across the UK.

In a warning to those moving over the next few months, the Government said people should delay it and cancel any future viewings.

In new guidance, the government said it was urging buyers and sellers to "adapt and be flexible" by agreeing new moving dates.
