With coronavirus cases in the UK continuing to skyrocket, much of the high street has gone into lockdown. And while certain pharmacy chains are remaining open during the lockdown, they’re revealed plans to remove all make-up product testers from stores.
Both Boots and Superdrug have confirmed that the testers will be removed for the foreseeable future to help stop the spread of coronavirus.
Speaking to the BBC, a spokesperson for Boots said: “To ensure the health and safety of our customers and colleagues, we introduced new guidance around the use and availability of testers in our stores.
