A schoolgirl is making her own facemasks in an effort to protect her mum from coronavirus. Anna McGladrigan, 10, got creative using kitchen roll and bobbles to help keep the deadly virus away.

She got to work after mum Sarah McGladrigan, 37, told her that her work didn't have any facemasks. Anna, from Bathgate, Scotland, impressed her mum with the facemasks.

Sarah told the Daily Record : "I had phoned my mum to let her know how my day had went and Anna was listening in background. “She was obviously thinking about me and made one. “I thought it was so lovely.
