A devoted Scot is offering a ‘life line’ for people in lock down by bringing them sunshine every day. Adrian Hunter is recording beautiful sun rises and sets every day so those in isolation have a reason to get up in the morning.

It comes as the coronavirus crisis forces people indoors over fears they may become infected as the death toll continues to increase.

The 52-year-old wakes up at half four every morning with his dog Polly to share the breathtaking views from his home in Gourock.

He believes the live streams are offering people hope and positivity during 'uncertain times'.Adrian said: “When all this started I thought a lot of people are trapped in doors and they don’t have great views, I’m very lucky I’ve got a great one.“People
