Eddie Large explained why he had given up performing in pantomimes in his heartbreaking final interview just weeks before his death.
The Little And Large star has died at the age of 78 after contracting coronavirus in hospital. The dad-of-three and his comedy partner Syd Little spent years travelling up and down the country performing in pantomimes at Christmas time.
But speaking in January, he explained he'd had enough. And part of the reason he didn't want to do it anymore is because he missed watching his daughters grow up while he was on stage every festive period.
Now that he had three grandchildren, he wanted to spend time with them instead. He told the Western Daily Press: "If someone wants us to sit and talk for an hour about
