Idris Elba has updated his fans about his battle with coronavirus and it seems that he has a different problem now that his self-isolation period has been completed.

The 47-year-old actor was among the first celebrities to have publicly declared that they had been diagnosed with COVID-19 and went into quarantine.

His wife, Sabrina Dhowre, was also diagnosed with coronavirus at the same time and the pair battled it together. Now they are over it, there is a different issue to overcome which could take a lot longer that it took to rid themselves of the potentially fatal illness.

The Luther star spoke to his fans on social media and said: "We’ve passed the quarantine period but we’re a little bit stuck in limbo.
