The Premier League fixture list for the remaining two months of the season is set to be released within 24 hours. However, some small issues are still being ironed out between broadcasters and the Premier League in talks behind the scenes.
Tottenham ’s game against Manchester United has been a hot topic ahead of the restart of the domestic campaign in England. So far, Manchester City’s match vs Arsenal and Sheffield United’s with Aston Villa have been arranged for Wednesday, June 17.
That will put every club on a level playing field in terms of matches played ahead of the first weekend of games. One match will be played on Friday, June 19, and it is believed the intention is to have Spurs’ crunch showdown with United on that night.
