John Whaite has opened up about his mental health after revealed he was "depressed" following his six-month Strictly Come Dancing journey.
The 32-year-old Bake Off winner has been one of the hottest names on the dance floor in recent months after the TV chef and his professional partner Johannes Rabede made it to the grand finals of the BBC One dance competition in December.
But the pair were piped to the post by EastEnders star Rose Ayling-Ellis and her ballroom pro Giovanni Pernice where they made TV history as the first deaf contestant to win the competition when they lifted the glitterball trophy.
After the show came to an end, the blond hunk left his loyal legion of fans in a frenzy when he revealed how he "cried every day" after the ballroom competition during an episode of Steph’s Packed Lunch.
