Kate Garraway gave an emotional update on her husband Derek Draper who is battling coronavirus - as she took to her doorstep to applaud our NHS Heroes.
The Good Morning Britain host's husband has been in ICU since March having contractred COVID-19. On Thursday evening at 8pm, Kate and her children joined families up and down the country as they stood outside their house in support of NHS staff, the Mirror reports.
Kate, 52, banged a saucepan and gave a warm smile to the camera. After sharing a video on Instagram, Kate said: "So much to be grateful for tonight.
Derek is still with us, but what a battle it is. "So grateful too for our amazing #nhs doing so much for Derek everyday - wonderful to see all the support for them & our key workers
