Last week the TV star, 43, shared a photo of herself to Instagram with the caption: "On my way to go find Kate." Since then, the Princess of Wales has announced that she has been diagnosed with cancer and will be undergoing chemotherapy.

In an emotional video message, Kate said that she had taken time to come to terms with the horrible news before sharing it with the wider world.

On Saturday (23 March) Kim was spotted heading to her eldest son Saint's football game in Los Angeles when she was asked by a swarm of photographers about her comment about Kate, however, she opted against replying to the question.
