King Charles breaks silence with message of support for 'beloved' Kate Middleton after cancer shock

King Charles is "so proud" of the Princess of Wales after she shared an emotional video message confirming she has cancer. Kate Middleton, 42, is undergoing preventative chemotherapy after cancer was found following a planned abdominal surgery in January.
