The Vintners' Federation of Ireland chief has said there is lack of clarity regarding what venues have to issue tickets to customers as part of Ireland's latest phase of reopening.
Padraig Cribben described the Government's handling of the reopening over the past week as "pretty shambolic". The details of how long in advance tickets will have to be purchased are expected to be outlined in regulations legally underpinning the rules, which will be published during the week.
Speaking on RTÉ's This Week, Mr Cribben said there is "not a hope" that there will be enough time to implement the requirements.
