Fans who purchased tickets to a canceled Live Nation show at one of the company's venues will have a chance to get a full refund or accept a 150% credit toward a new ticket for a future date and part of a newly-announced ticket relief program.
The details of how Live Nation plans to refund more than 30,000 canceled or postponed shows were added to the company's website Friday (April 24).
Last week Billboard reported the LiveNation and its Ticketmaster company had been developing a refund plan for weeks -- but before that was announced, the company drew widespread criticism from customers and politicians such as Reps. Bill Pascrell of New Jersey and Katie Porter of California.
