On the same evening the nation took to the streets again to clap for the NHS, six young footballers shared another way they want to help out.
Rowan McDonald, Tyreke Wilson, Tommy Doyle, Ryan Corrigan, Morgan Rogers, and Lewis Fiorini all know each other through Manchester City's academy; Wilson and Corrigan are now at Waterford and Stoke respectively but the six are all friends.
From Friday until the end of April, they are all taking part in a five kilometre challenge every day with the hope of raising money for the health service at a time when it is helping through the country through an extraordinarily difficult time.
