Manchester United fans want to see Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes line up in the same midfield when football returns. January signing Fernandes has not yet played alongside Pogba, with the Frenchman sidelined for much of the 2019/20 campaign with an ankle problem.
But amid discussions between officials about the potential return of Premier League football behind closed doors this summer - after the season was suspended due to coronavirus - it could happen at some stage in the coming months.
Fernandes has filled the void vacated by Pogba in many ways, adding creativity and imagination to the United midfield and supplying attackers Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford with better service.
