Mum left humiliated after being 'thrown out' of The Range store for breaking lockdown rule

A mum says she felt “humiliated” and “like a criminal” after she was allegedly thrown out of home and garden-ware store The Range when staff said she broke lockdown rules.

The mum-of-two, who asked not to be named, visited the store on Saturday, having travelled with her partner and queued up for over an hour to get in.

The 22-year-old was shopping for an elderly relative, while her partner was shopping at the same time for items for their family.

Yet, despite queuing separately the mum, from east Hull, says she was “thrown out” and shouted at in front of dozens of shoppers.Under new coronavirus lockdown rules The Range store, in Kingston Upon Hull, East Yorkshire, only allows one person per houshold in the store at any one time.The woman
