A stay-at-home mum has lifted the lid on her incredible weight loss journey in an exclusive chat with Daily Star Online. Elizabeth Butler, 36, suffered from hypertension and recently had an operation for a congenital heart defect.
And before her inspiring transformation, the mum-of-two tipped the scales at 13st. It all changed for Elizabeth, from Glasgow, when she decided she wanted to live a healthier life for her children and husband.
She turned to WW – previously known as Weight Watchers – to help her get into shape. Now Elizabeth has spoken about the weight loss method which she "didn't need to cut anything out for".
