MOORESTOWN, N.J. - Children are headed back to school and anyone who hasn’t finished purchasing school supplies can get them tax-free in New Jersey.

That includes electronics and recreational equipment needed for sports.It’s the back-to-school time of year, but parents in New Jersey, or those who cross a bridge to get there, are getting a tax-free holiday for things they need for school.New Jersey is holding its first-ever sales tax holiday and it includes school supplies, computer goods and sports equipment.The New Jersey tax holiday on school supplies lasts through September 5th.
