Netflix is set to release the comedy-drama series Nobody Wants This on September 26, a show loosely based on the life of its creator, Erin Foster.

The series follows Joanne, a sex podcast host who has a history of making questionable relationship choices.Her life takes a turn when she meets Noah, an unconventional rabbi, and they form an unlikely pair.

As they navigate their relationship, they face numerous obstacles, including their vastly different approaches to life and their meddling families.The series consists of 10 episodes, each ranging from 20 to 30 minutes in length.Erin Foster shared the inspiration behind the show with Tudum, stating: "This show is based on the only good decision I ever made: falling for a nice Jewish boy.

But I realized that being happy is way harder than being miserable (there's nothing to complain about)." She continued, "So, I created this show based on all the ways that finding the right person can be so hard.
