The Government's handling of the Covid-19 crisis will be scrutinised in the Dáil later where several ministers will face questions from the Opposition.
Talks on government formation will also continue today. The cancellation of the Leaving Certificate and the failure to deliver childcare for frontline health workers this week will be the focus for many TDs in the Dáil when the Minister for Education and the Minister for Children will answer questions there.
The Minister for Finance too will be in the chamber where he is expected to be pressed for details on the signalled extension of the emergency payments for those out of work as a result of the pandemic.
