OTTAWA -- Ottawa Public Health is reporting 19 new laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ottawa Saturday. This is the largest one-day spike in new cases since May 21, and Ottawa's Medical Officer of Health says parties are responsible for about half of them.
