This Morning host Phillip Schofield was sent into a tizzy on today's instalment of the ITV chat show when a squirrel received a vigorous head rub.

Phillip and Holly Willoughby welcomed psychologist Emma Kenny on the show, as she discussed her new pet squirrel Junior. The This Morning resident rescued the grey squirrel from the wild, after discovering it had been suffering from pneumonia.

Taking the orphaned squirrel home with her, Emma made sure the baby animal got the medical attention it so desperately needed.

She said: "He's got a cage at the moment in the bedroom and the point is at the moment is he’s too little to go anywhere without us." Before adding: "It takes a lot of work but it's Mother Nature – he deserves to be given a
