NEW DELHI : Amid a 21-day nationwide lockdown, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed the nation with a video message and asked people to show up on their balconies and gates once again, without breaching social distancing, to display India's collective strength in the fight against coronavirus.

PM Modi urged all Indians to switch off all other lights and stand at doors or balconies to light candles or diyas, torches or mobile flashlights for 9 minutes this Sunday. "Experience the collective resolve, the collective superpower of 130 crore Indians.
