NEW DELHI: Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Wednesday wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi urging him to consider giving advance wages to Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) workers hit by the nationwide lockdown.
