The heavyweights in business are piling on pressure for Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and his Government to speed up the lifting of restrictions.
If the administration moves too slowly it risks losing the goodwill of the public who have largely supported the guidelines - if it moves too quickly it could enable the further spread of the virus.
