Police drop shoplifting investigation due to being stretched by coronavirus

A business owner is furious after a shoplifting investigation was dropped by police, despite being given substantial evidence.

Around £150 worth of stock was reported as stolen from the post office in Dumers Lane, Radcliffe, last Thursday. Despite being provided with clear CCTV footage and the culprits' suspected address, police told the owner of the post office that the investigation would not go any further.
