Pupils at Lanarkshire school learn CPR while engaging with positive health workshops

Senior students at St Aidan’s High in Wishaw were treated to a variety of workshops and displays in a Health Fayre aimed at promoting positive physical, sexual, and mental health, write Joe Irvine and Chris McElroy.The Fayre lasted one school day and was organised by Mrs Shuel, Principal Teacher of Science.Emmet Dooley, from the Society for the Protection of Unborn Children, who presented an insightful presentation about love.

His silly, entertaining antics sucked any awkwardness out of the room as the students shared qualities they would like to find in their future partner, encouraging happier relationships, happier students, and confidence.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
