Former Arsenal and Manchester City ace Samir Nasri is reportedly set to be sacked by Belgian side Anderlecht after failing to contact them while in lockdown.
According to Belgian outlet Derniere Heure, Nasri fled to Dubai but has not spoken to club officials at all. Anderlecht asked all of their players to let them know of their whereabouts while in lockdown but Nasri appears to have gone AWOL, with the 32-year-old the only one who has ignored the club's wishes.
Anderlecht are now contemplating axing the playmaker, who joined the club on a free transfer at the start of the season after a short stint at West Ham United.
