GCSE grades today. But while most schools chose to either let children visit in smaller groups, or have their results emailed out, one school came up with a rather unique alternative - a drive-thru.The idea was so that parents could drive their children to Manchester Communication Academy in Harpurhey and be handed their results by a teacher, all without even leaving their car.The school decided to offer it as a Covid-secure option to pupils given the ongoing concerns about virus levels.Parents were offered time slots throughout Thursday morning to go along and pick up the results with their son or daughter. The Manchester College connects learners to industry like nobody else, with more than 1,000 existing employer partnerships offering.
