Staff at a Paisley care home which has been devastated by coronavirus proudly completed their clap for carers outside the property this evening.Nurses and care assistants at Elderslie Care Home showed solidarity with their colleagues across the UK as they stood at the entrance of the Fulbar Road home and clapped with the rest of the nation at 8pm.The Express reported last week how 22 residents of the home had died of Covid-19 since the start of April.Householders in the surrounding area also joined in with the clap in a show of support for the workers who have been left heartbroken at the loss of so many lives.A spokesman for the home told the Express: “This has been an incredibly challenging time for all of us at the home and our thoughts
