Strictly's Adam Thomas shares 'rare sight' amid health update as Gemma Atkinson shares support

Adam Thomas has shared a 'rare' sight' with his fans to plenty of support as he prepares for his stint on Strictly Come Dancing.

The actor is among the 15 celebrities who have signed up to the BBC One dance contest's 21st series which starts this month (September).

But the news of his new gig came before he shared a health diagnosis with his loyal following. Adam, 35, shared how he had been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, a long-term condition that causes pain, swelling and stiffness in the joints.

He shared last month (August) how his symptoms started with his knees before moving to his wrists, fingers and now ankles and toes.
