A motorist stopped and arrested on suspicion of drink-driving was 'distracted' by pornography being streamed over his mobile phone, police have said.
Officers in Tameside revealed the shocking arrest overnight on a Facebook post. The man is aged in his 30s, but he hasn't been named.
Police on patrol stopped a car he was driving after they noticed the vehicle 'weaving across the road'. A roadside breath test was then carried out, and he was found to be more than twice the drink-drive limit.
GMP Tameside North said on Facebook that after stopping him, officers found he was 'also further distracted by pornographic material being streamed on his phone'.
