Per the Mayo Clinic, Crohn’s is an “inflammatory bowel disease” which causes swelling of the digestive tract, causing “abdominal pain, severe diarrhea, fatigue, weight loss and malnutrition.” Deux says she heard the Princess “had a huge part of her intestines removed” and possibly even has “an ostomy bag” now.
