Boris Johnson's top aide Dominic Cummings broke lockdown rules by travelling to his parents' home in Durham, it has been revealed.
He made the 264-mile journey while ill with coronavirus in late March, a Mirror investigation found. Mr Cummings, who fell ill with the deadly bug in late March, was reported to police for breaching lockdown rules, with officers contacting the family.
