MPs will only have minutes to put questions to Boris Johnson about the actions of his top advisor Dominic Cummings. The senior aide is at the centre of a political firestorm after it was revealed he flouted lockdown rules and travelled from London to Durham when the country was under tight restrictions.
Today, dozens of Tory politicians called for the Cummings’ resignation however senior ministers have continues to back his controversial behaviour.
MPs will be given a maximum of 20 minutes of a 90-minute session before leading parliamentarians to probe the Prime Minister.
Now, some senior Tory MPs have expressed their surprise at the time limit for when Johnson appears before the Commons Liaison Committee.
