Scottish Tory leader Jackson Carlaw is under pressure after another shadow cabinet member called on the prime minister's aide Dominic Cummings to quit.Murdo Fraser, who holds the constitution portfolio in Carlaw's team, said Cummings' trip to Durham broke lockdown rules. In correspondence to a constituent, he wrote:"My own personal view on the matter, on the basis of the information currently available, is that Mr Cummings did break the rules, and therefore, as someone who is [in] a position of authority, he should step down from the post."He added: "I have communicated this view to the Prime Minister through the appropriate channels."Fraser's view came after colleague Adam Tomkins called for Cummings to quit.
