Tottenham Hotspur Stadium opens its doors for NHS to help fight coronavirus crisis

Tottenham have begun using their stadium to carry out coronavirus testing. They are using the huge basement car park for the operation to test North Middlesex University Hospital staff, their families and dependents.

Tottenham has become the first Premier League ground to be used for testing, following on from other sporting venues around the world, with around 70 tests per day expected to be accommodated.

And these are the pictures of the first tests being taken as the operation - carried out by ten nurses for four hours each day from Monday to Friday - gets underway.

The stadium is also being used for the following: • The Media Entrance and Café is now used as a main reception and welfare area for visitors and NHS staff • The NFL Away
