Brits look set to be treated to a warm and sunny weekend after enduring days of torrential rain, thunder and hail. The Met Office is forecasting 16 and 17C highs in the UK on Saturday and Sunday, while next week could reach 20C, as things "improve quite slowly" in the early stages of summer.
