GUATEMALA CITY, Guatemala - A dramatic rescue played out at a zoo in Guatemala City last month after an antelope fell into a pool of water and began to struggle – and it was all thanks to a vigilant elephant.Zoo visitor Maria Diaz caught the entire event on video back on April 29. Her footage shows the elephant ‘Trompita’ standing next to a pool, trumpeting repeatedly and pointing its trunk at an antelope drowning in the water at Zoológico La Aurora.After a few moments, a zoo worker dives into the pool and swims toward the antelope.

Police in Philadelphia are investigating after multiple people were injured in a shooting in Kensington on Tuesday afternoon.  PHILADELPHIA - Four people, including two teenagers, are in the hospital after a shooting in Kensington late Tuesday morning. The shooting occurred on the 800 block of East Allegheny Avenue just before noon.Officers responded to the scene and found four people suffering from gunshot wounds. All four were taken to Temple University Hospital.Two of the victims, an 18-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man, are in critical condition after both were shot in the upper body. A 16-year-old girl is stable after suffering a graze wound to the arm.

AVONDALE, Ariz. - A Phoenix-area driver is reeling after he says he was assaulted and had a gun pointed at his face during a road rage incident on May 7.The victim, Fransisco Garcia, says the incident happened at McDowell Road and Avondale Boulevard around 5 p.m. in Avondale.He says he was driving when another driver, the suspect, began drifting into his lane.

PHILADELPHIA - Police in Philadelphia are investigating a stabbing that left a man in critical condition on Sunday morning. According to authorities, the stabbing happened on the 1800 block of Somerset Street at 9:57 a.m. The victim, a 66-year-old man, was found with three stab wounds in the neck, a stab wound in the chest and multiple in his hand,  police say. Authorities say the stabbing happened during a robbery. ___MORE LOCAL HEADLINESThe victim was transported to Temple University Hospital and placed in critical condition, according to authorities. AdvertisementPolice say the weapon was recovered and a man is in custody.

PHILADELPHIA - Authorities say a jogger is expected to be okay after she was stabbed in the leg Wednesday afternoon in Center City.According to police, the 27-year-old victim was stabbed in the left thigh while jogging on the 800 block of South Broad Street around 4:30 p.m. The victim walked into a fire station roughly a block from where she was stabbed, police said. She was taken to Jefferson University Hospital where she was treated and released. AdvertisementPolice did not report any arrests immediately following the stabbing, and they did not share a motive or description of the suspect.
