Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson has showered Virgil van Dijk with praise for the contribution he has made off the pitch since his £75m move from Southampton in 2018.
The Dutchman has made an enormous impact on Jurgen Klopp's team in the last two years, helping the Reds to their sixth Champions League title and guiding them to the verge of the Premier League too.
Van Dijk has already racked up 113 appearances for Liverpool, and was acknowledged by UEFA for his outstanding performances with the Men's Player of the Year award for 2019.
And Henderson says Van Dijk's attitude in training and around the club in general is nothing short of exemplary and inspirational to his team-mates.
