Amy Dowden has said 'What a difference just a couple of months makes' as the Strictly Come Dancing star announced an exciting career move.
The dancer has joined ITV's Lorraine in a new role which will see her presenting celebrity interviews and behind-the-scenes content.
Amy has been doing some work with the show, hosted by Lorraine Kelly, since she was diagnosed with breast cancer. The 33-year-old was diagnosed in May last year and underwent a mastectomy before eight rounds of chemotherapy treatment.
After doctors changed her course of treatment upon doctors finding another type of cancer, it meat that she wasn't able to make a swift return to the BBC One dance contest like she had hoped.
