A Black Lives Matter protest in London was overshadowed after clashes broke out in Downing Street which saw 13 people arrested.
Although demonstrations were largely peaceful, a scuffle broke out between some protestors and the police in Westminster resulting in arrests, reports Mirror Online.
Yesterday's protest started off in Hyde Park and was attended by thousands of people in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.
The movement gained recent momentum following the killing of George Floyd, a black man who died at the hands of the police last week.
