Chelsea are leading the race to land Barcelona star Philippe Coutinho. It comes after the Nou Camp outfit slapped a £10m loan fee on him, while also demanding that his wages are paid.
Coutinho has been deemed surplus to requirements in Catalonia after a disappointing time at the club since his move from Liverpool in 2018.
