The Queen is “finding it tough” fleeing Buckingham Palace ahead of London's looming "lockdown", royal experts have told Daily Star Online.
Her Majesty, aged 93, fled her central London home yesterday to move into Windsor Castle in Berkshire for the foreseeable future.
She ditched central London and issued a rallying call to the nation to "work as one" as the capital reportedly prepares to go into lockdown in a desperate bid to tackle the deadly Covid-19 disease.
Prince Philip also flew to Windsor from his Wood Farm home on the Sandringham estate in Norfolk to join the Queen as they both effectively self-isolate.
