NEW DELHI: In a rare move, the Election Commission of India on Wednesday allowed use of indelible ink to stamp home quarantine tags on people following a surge in cases of Covid-19 in the country.
The Commission took a “suo-moto" decision to allow health authorities the use of the ink.
